Denise is an experienced Executive Coach and Leadership Development Consultant and has held several Senior Executive and General Management roles at two of Australia’s top 15 ASX listed firms where she was responsible for running several large businesses. Having worked at General Management level for over fifteen years Denise has also held several board positions during that time and has been responsible for setting strategy for various businesses. Denise has experience in managing several national and international joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and an Initial Public Offering for an entrepreneurial firm.
Denise is passionate about leadership development and her enthusiasm is contagious. Her knowledge of business helps her to create leadership and people management solutions that will work effectively within the constraints of commercial realities. Denise is also a skilled Executive Coach having over eight years experience in coaching and mentoring senior leaders. Her personal experience as a Senior Executive combined with her extensive training in the Psychology of Coaching, allows her to bring a unique perspective to the coaching engagement. Through this shared understanding of the business issues facing her clients, she is able to help them gain deep insights into their own motives and behaviour and help them set goals that will allow them to achieve the business and personal success they desire.

Denise is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, has a Master of Applied Science in Psychology of Coaching from the University of Sydney and has also been a committee member of the University of Sydney’s Coaching and Mentoring Association (USCMA). Denise has undertaken research on the resilience of leaders and transformational leadership, as well as CEO succession and leadership development. Other qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from AGSM, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management. Denise is also an accredited provider of Hogan Assessments on personality traits and derailers, business reasoning, and motivation.
