Kate DonaldsonKate is a principal of KADO – a specialist organisational capability consultancy that works with top management teams to develop the organisational strategy and initiatives that mobilise their purpose and strategic intent into organisational capability, commitment and performance.

Kate’s experience spans more than twenty years in management and consulting roles in both public and private sector organisations across banking and insurance, health, technology, retail, gaming, construction and Federal and State government sectors.

Kate’s expertise is focussed on creating the link between the people, business strategy and organisation in areas of business transformation, human resources; organisation design; management and leadership development; culture change, talent programs and performance management. Her ethos being that it’s ‘people’ that enables successful organisational performance.

Born and raised in Singapore, Kate moved to Australia in her early twenties. Kate experienced many challenges in the transition to Australia and during her career, and valued the support and encouragement of her mentors. As a result, Kate is passionate about supporting women to have the opportunities to achieve their dreams. She coaches senior women and mentors younger women supporting them through their career stages.

Kate supports not for profit organisations through pro bono work and aspires to be on a not for profit board within two years.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts (double major Psychology); Graduate Diploma in Organisation Dynamics; Executive Certificate in Positive Psychology Coaching and is completing her Masters in Human Resources.
