Program Director, Executive, Melbourne
With a strong background in HR Consulting, Kate Tass has particular expertise in recruitment methods, strategic sourcing, performance management and HR software implementation.
Kate commenced her career with Dun & Bradstreet, a global leader in credit reporting, debt collection and sales and marketing data, where she gained invaluable experience in the risk management arena, working for the organisation both in Australia and the UK.
Kate entered the recruitment industry in May 1998 and utilised her local and international experience to recruit executives in the Financial Services sector. Kate has been a senior leader in global HR and recruitment firms. She worked as an Account Director with a global advisory firm where she managed a team advising a portfolio of clients on succession planning and leadership risk mitigation and she worked in the consulting practice of a large international executive search and human capital solutions firm. She also set up and ran the career facilitation and development division for an Executive Search firm.
Following this, Kate undertook several HR projects for the Bendigo Kangan Institute including the implementation of a new HRIS, a review and update of HR policies and procedures and developing and implementing a new Performance Management program for one of the divisions.
Most recently Kate has worked with clients assisting with the implementation of PeopleStreme HR Software including configuration, testing and end user training.
As a Program Director for Behind Closed Doors, Kate provides professional development support to members in the Executive, Entrepreneurs and Executive Assistant groups in Melbourne to further develop their skills and open doors to new opportunities.
Kate holds a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University.
