Heather Oliver has over 20 years’ experience in the recruitment and training industries which has seen her working with several major global and national brands across Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
A summary of her experience includes :
-Extensive executive management, team leadership, recruitment and search, sales and training expertise. Demonstrable business development capability with small, medium and large customers from all sectors in capital city and remote locations.
This experience has included the management and development of State and multi State based sales teams.
-Six years management consulting assignments for private and publicly listed recruitment and training firm’s across Australia and New Zealand.
-General Manager for Talent2, involving the start-up of the Adelaide and Perth businesses.
-Nine years in specialist accounting recruitment and senior management roles with TMP/Hudson (formerly Morgan & Banks Ltd).
Whilst at TMP Worldwide (formerly Morgan & Banks), Heather was appointed as Australasian Practice Manager for the Accounting and Office and Customer Support Business Units. These Business Units secured the largest accounts for the organisation and she was charged with the successful development of project teams nationally, utilising tailor-made recruitment methodologies.
-Five years specialist accounting recruitment experience with Hays (formerly Accountancy Placements).
Over the past two decades Heather has also started up several of her own small tourism and hospitality businesses, and earlier in her career held roles in Human Resources and Retail Banking with Challenge Bank and the Victorian TAB.
