Kate Berry is a dedicated Human Resources Professional with extensive HR strategic and generalist experience, gained from working within Senior HR roles in the Sporting, Professional Services, Retail and Hospitality sectors in various locations throughout Australia.

Kate is known for her ability to build strong and trusted working relationships with her clients. She is commercially savvy, a credible business advisor that is able to provide innovative and sound HR advice and solutions when required. She is respected and is driven to achieve results.

Kate has worked for large organisations such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, The Peregrine Corporation, KPMG and she is currently The General Manager of Human Resources at The Adelaide Football Club.

Key areas of expertise include Strategic Planning, Talent Management and Succession Planning, Mentoring of Women, Driving Change Programs, Managing Remuneration and Benefits Programs, Performance Management and developing High Performance Cultures. Over Kate’s working career, she has successfully lead teams of Human Resources professionals.
She holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, from Deakin University.

Kate has a keen interest in working with women to assist them to achieve a positive working life and career. She has successfully coached many women to build their personal brands, accept new opportunities to grow and develop, build their resilience and to focus on their overall well being in order to be at their very best.

Kate is actively connected within the Human Resource Management network in South Australia and is a committee member of a local small charity group that supports South Australian not for profit organisations such as Carrick Hill and The Time For Kids Charity Group.
