The BoardDirect Program consists of three, one-to-one 90-minute sessions designed to help you develop, expand and advance your Board career. Facilitated by Donny Walford, business coach and Founder/Managing Director at behind closed doors, sessions are conducted with your needs in mind so you can achieve your career goals.
What does the Program involve?
The three one-to-one sessions cover the following:
Reviewing your Executive CV and providing feedback and edits
Identifying and formulating Key Achievements and Core Competencies
Developing your Board Bio
Updating your LinkedIn profile
Developing your Personal Value Proposition (the value you bring to organisations)
Developing the right pitch(es)
Identifying key influencers, arranging introductions, and extending your networks
Preparing for interviews
Board career focus and vision – objectives and including identifying industry sectors and companies for possible directorships.
What is the Program structure and investment?
Three one-to-one sessions at 90-minutes per session
Sessions are held face-to-face in Adelaide or virtually via Zoom, where travel is not permitted
Sessions are $750 +GST each ($1,950 +GST for all three sessions).
