Bronwyn Ray
Bronwyn is an experienced senior executive, facilitator and mentor, and a qualified organisational and leadership coach. She has a deep interest in leadership and culture.

Bronwyn is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation specialising in organisational, leadership and developmental coaching, and certified in The Leadership Circle’s 360 assessment tools and their Leadership Culture Assessment tool, is an NLP Practitioner, Vertical Development Practitioner, a Be Well Lead Well Pulse® Certified Guide, and a certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner and Trainer. She is a Chartered Secretary, Fellow of the Australian Institute of Governance, Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, has a Bachelor of Science (Environmental Science), Masters in Public Administration, Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance, and a Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching.
Over her career, Bronwyn has stood up new services, built and led amazing teams, led significant and whole-of-organisation initiatives in business, IT and cultural transformation, built organisational leadership and change management capability, led strategic and portfolio planning, built and led intergovernmental and multi-agency programs, managed regulatory and audit teams and community-led activities in natural resources management. She has worked in federal and state government and in the private sector in Australia and the United Kingdom.
