Darren Hauschild

Darren brings extensive corporate practitioner experience to the team having held senior executive positions in Banking, Finance Insurance, Wealth Management, Utilities and Technology sectors.

His executive leadership roles included Operations, Technology, Customer Service channels both branch and digital along with sales, marketing, product and strategy across multiple countries. Darren’s last role was Managing Director AsiaPac for ActiveOps which he held since 2016, being one of three MD’s in the global company.

His experience includes being and part of a global executive team along with other senior management roles and a Director of Industry Associations. He has delivered with ActiveOps the capacity for clients to exceed customer expectations via cloud-based software, leadership development, certification, and operating methodology. Enabling productivity improvement, training to produce higher-skilled leaders, and making the client organisations a better place to work in.

With over 30 years of corporate experience he is a multi-disciplinary change manager, implementing changes that have resulted in productivity gains amounting to hundreds of millions of dollars for organisations throughout AsiaPac.
