  • Our Peer Mentoring sessions are built around a working morning tea or dinner, so they fold into the day you’re already having - not an extra evening carved out of nowhere. We offer a variety of different Membership formats for Executives, including ‘Flex’ Memberships (a mix of Individual Coaching and Peer Mentoring sessions).

  • Yes. Every BCD Group operates under a strict confidentiality agreement. What’s said behind closed doors stays behind closed doors.

  • Most PD offerings provide ‘once-off’ content. behind closed doors walks alongside you in pursuing your professional goals, through a carefully curated, ongoing Peer Mentoring Group, and an assigned Accountability Partner between sessions , meaning support continues long after your meeting ends.
