Stella is an experienced ASX 100 C-Suite executive with national responsibilities specialising in the banking, superannuation and finance industry. A career particularly focused on leading organisations through change with experience in delivering complex transformations relating to strategy, risk and compliance, customer experience, technology, people, organisational culture, digital transformations and corporate governance. She also has experience in leading, negotiating and managing large service provider contracts and skilled in regulatory compliance. Recently leading Lutheran Super to merger as the CEO, she has held a number of group executive and Board roles over the last 12 years including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief Transformation Officer, Executive Corporate Resources. Currently a Non-Executive Director of the G’Day Group, her Board roles have included Director on Bank of Cyprus Australia and Director of a Technology start up NoQ.
