Alison de Kleuver
Alison is an experienced COO and established business leader who has built a successful career focused on the intersection of organisational transformation and value creation.
Following over 20 years working in regional and global executive roles at both EY and IBM, she is currently COO and Company Secretary at Kain Lawyers. This has seen her pivot to a small fast growing business focused on establishing itself as an Australian market leader and employer as choice. Prior to this she was EY’s CFO and Director of Operations in Oceania responsible for turnover of $2b and an operational scope encompassing a workforce of 8000 people and 550 partners across four countries.
Having worked across a wide of range of industries including technology, public health and education, finance and now legal services, she has established a reputation for transformational leadership in professional services, with a particular passion for people and building organisational culture and capability. Her ability to think differently about the complex issues facing the services industry has been a hallmark of her career and contribution.
She has a deep commitment to community. Alison leads the firm’s corporate partnership with the Kain Foundation focused on supporting disadvantaged youth both here and overseas, and was responsible for the delivery of EY’s $2m annual philanthropic program.
