BCD Connect Online Membership is designed for those that are time-poor, prefer online learning or live in a regional, rural or remote location. Women meet regularly via Zoom for peer coaching and mentoring sessions facilitated by high profile businesswomen and female entrepreneurs.
All behind closed doors members are carefully placed into a group of women who meet for regular sessions facilitated by high profile businesswomen or female entrepreneurs where members informally mentor each other, improve their skills and knowledge and build their confidence and emotional intelligence.

The women you’ll be working with are people who have been where you are, who can offer constructive, unbiased feedback and a different perspective to solving the most challenging leadership issues. Time during the sessions, is time invested outside of the business thinking about the business on a strategic level and can deliver insights and “light bulb” moments.
