I established behind closed doors in 2008, to create a national community for businesswomen and female entrepreneurs. We offer a national membership exclusively for women and pride ourselves on matching prospective members with the most appropriate Facilitators and Group Members. In addition, behind closed doors improves the performance of individuals with our one-2-one women’s business coaching and mentoring programs.
I am a woman with a strong passion for business and encouraging more diversity and inclusion into organisations. As the Founder and Managing Director of behind closed doors, my vision was to establish a national Executive Businesswomen’s network where women open doors to their networks, transact business, persuade and support each other to accomplish greater professional challenges such as appointments to Executive and Board roles, and if they are on Boards, to chair those Boards.
