Amanda Pulford

Amanda is passionate about working with leaders in executive coaching, leadership development, and facilitation to ignite and empower their authentic leadership style, and to co-create a space where individuals and collectives can thrive.

Amanda’s unique gift is walking with you and/or your team; assisting with a deeper understanding of self and others, identifying dynamics, unlocking patterns that hold us back, and releasing the potential for future flourishing.

Amanda also has a niche focus on psychological safety, trauma and how traumatic experiences impact us as leaders and in collectives (both in challenging ways and in our growth). Diving deep into what trauma is, how it impacts on an individual and a collective, how we can heal trauma, and creating psychological safety are integral in our current uncertain and volatile times to offer individuals and teams the ability to flourish.

Amanda has designed many innovative and impactful programs such as Working Together as a Leader, Change as a Leader, Creating Psychological Safety, The Mindful Leader (with John Wood from Leadership Solutions Global), and Revive (with John Wood from Leadership Solutions Global and Matt Walsh from Matt Walsh Consulting). Most recently, Amanda has launched a 12-month transformational, bespoke, and unique program for senior women leaders, ‘Wisdom Tribes’. And is in partnership with Mia Handshin from Mia Handshin Consulting helping workplaces to evolve by assisting women in harnessing their midlife power.

Through creating a safe, grounded, and trusting environment Amanda aims to assist individuals and teams to learn ways of working differently with their challenges, and to offer support through difficult times and personal growth.

Amanda is a Clinical Psychologist. She is also a certified practitioner of the Leadership Circle Profile and Kantor Team Dynamics. Further, Amanda’s work is underpinned by Integral Theory and STAGES Levels of Development as they relate to the individual and the individual as a leader. Amanda’s uniqueness in this space is her solid grounding in Clinical Psychology, which allows her to see deeper into an individual and a collective.

Amanda has worked within multiple health and welfare services, arts organisations, manufacturing and related industries, educational services, local government, and cemetery operations.
