behind closed doors celebrates 12 years!
It seems surreal that we are celebrating our 12 year birthday this month. The first behind closed doors Executive group commenced in July 2008 in the Macquarie Private Wealth Boardroom.
And 12 years on, I am honoured to have Foundation Facilitator, the awesome Kate Costello and successful and award winning businesswoman and Foundation member Terri Scheer with me to this day. They are two very special women in my life who have supported and encouraged me in my quest to help women in business be the best version of themselves and lead with purpose.
We value our relationships with all of our Supporters, particularly Macquarie Private Wealth who are still supporting behind closed doors today; clearly demonstrating their support for businesswomen.
My vision to connect businesswomen across Australia, increase the number of women in Executive roles and Entrepreneurs to grow and scale their businesses, continues to be realised.
Our success includes 75% of Executive women being placed on Boards, 84% of women gaining promotions and 50% of women receiving Awards!
A big thank you to my team, Facilitators and Program Directors past and current, for helping me achieve success for women across Australia. I am, and will be forever grateful to you all.
