Bronwyn Ray
Bronwyn Ray is an accomplished coach and mentor, drawing on her many years in strategy, leadership and management.
Bronwyn has a deep interest in leadership and culture. When you work with Bronwyn, you’ll benefit from her skills as a facilitator and coach, along with her extensive experience in senior executive roles leading business and cultural transformation.
Through her many years of coaching, from executives, leadership teams, emerging leaders, and graduates across the public and private sectors, both face to face and remotely, she can bring deep insights, competencies and experience to her engagements.
That experience and expertise also provides Bronwyn with a pragmatic and compassionate approach to the challenges faced by managers and advisers, especially in high-pressure and uncertain environments and during workplace transformation.
Bronwyn loves coaching people and teams, getting to know them, sharing their learning with them, seeing them discover what is possible, and getting to the heart of what matters for them at that time and place.
Bronwyn is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, specializing in organisational, leadership, and developmental coaching. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching and is certified in The Leadership Circle’s 360 assessment tools and their Leadership Culture Assessment tool. Bronwyn is also an NLP Practitioner, Certified Hypnotherapist, Vertical Development Practitioner, a Be Well Lead Well Pulse® Certified Guide, and a certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner and Trainer.
