Chantale Millard
Chantale Millard is an experienced Non-Executive Director, Chair and Executive having worked across a diverse range of industries in listed, unlisted, publicly unlisted and private sectors. Chantale has also held CEO, Managing Director and CFO roles in public and private companies and has successfully grown businesses and shareholder value.
With Australian and International experience Chantale has extensive skills in areas of revenue and profitability growth, business turnarounds, M & A’s, new product development, e-commerce, and building functional and cohesive teams. Chantale has excellent stakeholder management skills including shareholder engagement and management, ASX regulatory management, investor relations management and is skilled at building fully integrated board and executive relationships. Chantale is an inquisitive individual who is driven to improve businesses and stakeholder wealth, developing excellent strategic plans for growth whilst providing an engaging employee experience and championing future leaders.
In 2022 Chantale made the decision to leave her role as Managing Director and CEO for the Maggie Beer Holdings group (ASX: MBH) and has successfully transitioned her career to a Board Portfolio career and now holds 5 board positions across a diverse range of industries in the public and private sectors. In addition, Chantale advises businesses on how to optimise their operations, maximising profitability or getting the business ready for sale. Chantale also loves her role as a facilitator for the Women In Business Program and as an Executive Coach, through the behind closed doors network.
