Corrine Allison
Corrine’s leadership, business skills and innovation capabilities have provided her with a diverse management career in corporate and SME’s for several decades. Her business skills were recognized in 2017 when she was nominated for and became a finalist at the Telstra SA Business Women’s Awards. In 2018 Corrine founded her own company, Lionheart Mindset to provide mindset mentoring and coaching to business owners and corporates transitioning and evolving to the next level in their career. In 2019 this company evolved to Lionheart Society and Corrine now works with people as a MindShape Mentor and Business Coach.
Providing high level personal and/or business mentoring and coaching to people working in the professional services sector, Corrine works with owners and entrepreneurs to start or scale their business or personally plan for organisational succession and sale. Corrine has also worked as an academic, teaching Undergraduate and MBA students at Kaplan Business School, one of Australia’s leading, globally recognised providers of higher education.
Amongst Corrine’s client portfolio are medical practices, accounting and financial advisory firms, legal firms, allied health providers, IT professionals as well as corporates and educational institutions. Corrine’s transferable, high-level business and leadership skills coupled with her educational and coaching background provides people with insights to design and action transformational strategies for growth, evolution and success in their personal life and/or their business.
Corrine is conscious of the difficulties faced in balancing life and work and the impact this has on creativity, personal and professional performance, and overall contentment. She combines her MBA, hypnotherapist and Master NLP Practitioner qualifications with her business acumen and leadership experience to guide, coach and mentor people to get their minds into great shape so they can lead themselves in life and business and live their life, their way.
