This membership is designed to give you flexibility. You’ll receive a combination of both private business coaching and peer group coaching and mentoring sessions allowing you to get the most out of your behind closed doors experience.
Why is it unique?
Personalised one-2-one Business Advisory/Coaching
Receive 6 private 60 minute sessions per annum with one of our highly experienced coaches. You may choose the most suitable coach/mentor who best suits your needs for deeper dive discussions. Examples include: specialists in marketing, social media, industrial relations, human resources/people and culture, developing new markets, finance, strategy, wellness and mindfulness. You’ll be encouraged to accept greater challenges to extend your personal and professional growth.
Peer Group Coaching and Mentoring
Join a group of like-minded business women for 4 three hourly sessions per annum. You’ll have the opportunity to sit down with your business peers – people who have walked in your shoes, who can offer constructive, unbiased feedback and a different perspective to solving the most challenging leadership and career issues. Sessions are not another networking event, it is a peer working session where real business issues and strategies are tackled by tapping into the powerhouse knowledge in the room to generate new insights, ideas and solutions. Maximum of 10 members in the group, and no competing industry sectors.
