Henry Botha
Henry is an experienced Non-Executive Director and has over 30 years’ experience in the finance industry, specialising in financial management.
He is an Associate of the Melbourne Business School and delivers strategic finance programs both in Australia and Malaysia and is well known for simplifying finance with highly interesting and engaging examples.
Henry presents training programs in Australia, Bangkok, Dubai, Singapore and Hong Kong for the AICD. He is a chartered accountant and registered tax agent.
He is an accomplished Executor Coach and Mentor particularly in ensuring the sustainability and viability of organisations and provides timely advice to business leaders.

Facilitator for the Finance modules of the Australian Institute of Company Directors course
Facilitator for the Finance modules of the Thai Institute of Directors course
Corporate lecturing clients, including listed and unlisted companies in Australia, not-for-profits and local, state and federal government departments.
