Jenny Paradiso
Named one of AFR’s 100 Women of Influence in 2019 and Australian Telstra Business Woman Entrepreneur of the Year in 2016, Jenny Paradiso co-founded and worked as Managing Director for the national solar and battery storage company, Suntrix, from 2009 to 2024.
Having started her career as a librarian, Jenny established Suntrix in 2009 and over 15 years grew the business from the kitchen table to a multi-million dollar company, servicing homes, businesses and all levels of Government in South Australia, Victoria and NSW.
Jenny has worked on numerous boards and advisory groups - both Government, NFP and commercial. She has mentored business owners and women in the Renewable Energy Industry, through Behind Closed Doors and the CEC Women In Renewables program.
Before Suntrix, Jenny worked for an international library software company as a Product and Project Manager.
Jenny currently provides consulting services and facilitates a group of entrepreneurs through Behind Closed Doors. She has extensive experience running workshops for businesses and speaking at events – both keynotes and chairing or participating on panels.
