Joanne Denley
Joanne is a professional Business Advisor and Independent Board Director. She has held a variety of Board positions including Chair positions in both the private and public sectors and was the first female to be appointed to the Board of Directors for the Bridgestone Australia Group of companies.
In addition to her 40 years of experience in Risk Management and Human Resources, Joanne has vast Corporate Executive experience in managing industrial relations and improving operational efficiencies across a diverse range of business sectors, both nationally and internationally.
Well known for her change management expertise and her strong leadership, Joanne has driven successful major transformational change projects in the manufacturing, retail, financial services and education sectors.
She holds an MBA majoring in Global Entrepreneurial Management and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Joanne was presented with the inaugural Lifetime Achievement Award for her contribution to Vocational Education in 2024.
