Kath Milne
Kath Milne is an experienced Executive and Leadership Coach, Consultant, and Facilitator with a distinguished career spanning the financial services, information technology, and not-for-profit sectors, both in Australia and internationally. With a background in leading major business operations and driving transformational change, Kath works with executives, leaders, and teams to navigate complexity and build leadership capability in today’s rapidly evolving environment.
As a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation, Kath is among the top 4% of coaches globally, holding the prestigious #41 spot in Australia and the only MCC designation in South Australia. This recognition reflects her commitment to excellence, with over 2,500 hours of client coaching and more than 200 hours of global mentorship.
