LORETTA ROMEO

Loretta spent seven years in the highly competitive aviation industry as an international flight attendant before transitioning into public relations, marketing and human resources. Her unique skills have enabled her to navigate the private, government and not for profit sectors, including government relations, correctional services, education, housing, project and property development, banking and finance, professional services and agriculture across geographical and international markets.

Loretta comes from a culturally rich Aboriginal/Italian family and is a proud descendant of the Kaurna, Narungga and Ramindjeri people. Loretta is passionate about elevating Equality, activating Diversity and leading Inclusively through her bespoke consultancy delivering:

Along with coaching credentials, Loretta is currently completing an executive MBA at the University of Adelaide, holds a Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Social Science and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.

Loretta is a mother and role model to two children.
