Melissa Tarca
Melissa, who joined the Behind Closed Doors team in January 2019 as the Managing Director’s EA, transitioned into the role of National Program and Membership Officer in April 2021.
Melissa is the key contact for all members, Program Directors, Facilitators and guest speakers. She has extensive program and event coordination experience working with companies such as the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Governance Matters.
