Sue-Ann Charlton has held executive leadership positions at a range of organisations since early 2000. During this time, she has worked with many different leaders across a range of industries (financial services, corporate superannuation, public sector, utilities) and cultures. A proponent of modern leadership, Sue-Ann is boldly authentic, genuinely interested in people and their development, and not afraid to be vulnerable.
Leading change, coaching, strategy development, professional development, organisational design and structure, digital transformation, customer centric design and business case development all fall within Sue-Ann's area of expertise.
Holding a Master of Education focused on Adult Learning, this is what Sue-Ann's consulting and coaching is all about - raising the bar and working to help people (and organisations) become the best version of themselves. At work, at home, in life.
Outside of work, she has two teenage boys and (to escape from them) she enjoys cycling. Sue is a passionate AFL follower and long-suffering Adelaide Crows supporter.
